• Microsoft® Outlook® version 2000(SP-3), 2002/XP (SP-2), 2003 (SP-1)

• Internet Explorer 5.5 or later

• Type of Email account: POP3, IMAP, Microsoft Exchange

• Incompatiblewith Outlook Express, or Outlook® versions prior to 2000

• 1 email account per member

Hardware:

• CPU: at least Pentium 400 MHz

• Memory: minimum requirement is 64MB (256MB is recommended)

Minimum requirements for optimum functioning of the program are:  

• Windows Administrator rights in order to install 4Team for MS Outlook; 

• At least one email account per team member, which must be set up in MS Outlook (Tools->Email accounts). 

Rules setup, modification: (No rules are required if you use 4Team Server)

You can use any type of account. The general requirement is as follows: your incoming e-mail messages from the account you use with 4Team Folders must be received in the default “Inbox” folder of Microsoft Outlook. If the messages are received in a different folder, you will have to set up the rules to receive them in “Inbox” or add exceptions to every rule. You can set the Rules or exceptions in every rule in Outlook (Tools->Rules Wizard...) for messages containing this text in the subject field:
