4Team for Microsoft Outlook is a program designed for company (team) project management based on Microsoft Outlook.

Project Objects: Contacts, tasks, appointments, documents and notes (in discussion).

Users and projects:

Project Structure: Every project has a clear-cut structure.

Note: you can create other folders and sub-folders within this structure, but they won’t be shared with other members of this project.

Users (team members): 

Administrator: Top Manager, Team Creator.

Rights and duties: creates and manages team members and team projects. Assigns Project Leading managers, managers and participants. Has access to Team Administration Area.

Project Leading Manager:  

Assigned by Administrator or another Project Leading manager of the current project.

Rights and duties: adds team members to the Project.

Creates, edits and deletes any data and objects in the Project and assigns project managers and participants. Has access to Project Administration Area.

Manager 

Assigned by Project Leading Manager 

Rights and duties: Creates, edits and deletes any objects in the Project and assigns project participants.  Has access to Project Administration Area

Participants

Assigned by Project leading manager or Manager.

Rights and duties: Create, edit and delete any objects created exclusively by themselves. Unable to create tasks.
